Huizhou Hongsheng Steel Structure Co., Ltd. has successfully completed the full set of high-quality steel structure material fabrication and customization services for the Xinhai Second Pedestrian Landscape Overpass Project. This project is a key urban landscape municipal overpass, which is a five span continuous steel box girder bridge spanning Pingxi Road. The overall structure is U-shaped, with a total length of 152 meters and a width of 5.5 meters. It adopts a (2 × 30+32+2 × 30) m span combination, with continuous steel box girders on the upper part and V-shaped steel tube concrete bridge piers and lightweight bridge piers on the lower part. The structural design is precise and complex. Landscape municipal bridges have strict requirements for component accuracy, welding technology, appearance flatness, and structural stability.
